Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park. The property includes Mokara Spa, six food & beverage outlets, 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a retail outlet, fitness center, and rooftop pool. Spa Massage Therapist Overview:
The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry on a timely basis. Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines. Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste. To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are always followed. Relay with confidence in product and service benefits to clients. Attend all required department training and meetings. Perform any other duties required by management.
Qualifications:
Current State Massage License 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service. Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
