Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, medical history, and specific pain points Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health strategies, and injury prevention to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, including patient assessment and customized treatment planning Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Join us in delivering outstanding therapeutic experiences that empower clients to feel their best!
