My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients and LMT's to engage and work together in a family like environment. I have a great base of amazing clients and have been unable to take new clients for a few years. This lead me to expand and take on new LMT's. As an LMT who has worked in all different types of environments (spa, chiro, on site, sports environments) and worked as an employee, IC and on my own, I know where other businesses go wrong. I have created an environment that is supportive, respectful and fun. I want all my LMT's to have a place they love to come to every day, working for someone who knows what it's like and how important balance is. I currently have 2 LMT's, one I just getting started and one is booked out about 4-5 weeks. Our need is immediate. Being open to credentialing (or already being credentialed) and accepting insurance clients is a must. We get a lot of insurance clients and without credentialing you will not be busy. I will take care of all the billing, verification and preauthorization/referral needed for all insurance clients. Credentialing takes about 60-90 days. It has made the most sense to wait to put anyone on the schedule until they are credentialed. This makes for an easier transition and will make for a fuller schedule. The pay is 60% of total reimbursement plus 100% of tips (hourly pay range is $47-120).I pay all CC processing fees so you receive 100% of your reimbursement. I will not ask you to clean (other than cleaning up after yourself) or perform any other household duties. We have a washer and dryer on site for your use. Unscented laundry soap and vinegar (in lieu of fabric softener) is also provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of massage therapy techniques, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and sports massage. Whatever you're skilled and trained in!
• Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Provide exceptional client service and ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date SOAP notes
• Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines and license requirements including professional liability insurance.
• Time management is crucial! Our clients' time is valuable.
• Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important.

Must have current Oregon state massage license and professional liability insurance.

Experience:

• No experience necessary! New graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
