We would like to work with a therapist that has medical massage experience as a lot of our patients are in acute pain due to a motor vehicle collision, or a work injury; however, recent, or up and coming graduates are welcome to apply. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, and capable of working independently, as well as with other LMT's and staff. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, would be a plus, but not required. •We offer paying for your CA license to work under the Chiropractors direction to provide medical massages to patients. Perfect for hands on experience while waiting to obtain your license/finish massage school.

At BACK to Health Clinic and Natural Recovery Massage, LMTs are responsible for providing a hands-on, positive experience for patients dealing with chronic pain and acute injuries due to motor vehicle collisions and work injuries. LMTs work in pair with a strong team of chiropractic physicians, to ensure the best recovery for our patients on an individualized care plan.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Preform therapeutic massage for our patients in need, under the referral of the Chiropractor. Create/maintain patient chart notes, documenting each visit on SOAP note as well as fee slip. Cleaning and disinfecting your massage room both before and after patient visits. Maintaining inventory of massage supplies needed and ensuring that the office manager is aware of any needed supplies. Laundry between patients or during down time; includes stocking and folding massage sheets as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Completion and license from an accredited massage therapy program. Licensed from the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists. Thorough knowledge of therapeutic techniques. Ability to work well as a team member.
