We have a rare opening as many of our therapists have worked with East Bridge for 5 to 13 years. We prioritize a culture where therapists can truly settle in and enjoy what they do.
PAY:
Total pay listed includes tips and is actually higher (combined with benefits, add-on service pay, etc.) than what Indeed allows us to post. Many other job posts are contractor pay/positions, which are not comparable to the financial stability + benefits. We are an LMT-owned, therapeutic massage practice. Twice voted "Best Massage" by Willamette Week . Honored with "Best Local Business Service" during the pandemic. In January 2026, we were voted one of the Top Local SE Business Owners. Our connection to each massage therapist is the key to our strength. We absolutely love our team. Imagine healing people in rooms designed with an LMT's happiness in mind. Enjoy the views from each unique room and feel connected to your environment as you look at the trees, city, and sky.LOOKING FOR A GREAT FIT
We welcome people of all ages, races, genders, religions, ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations. We are a small, positive family of LMTs looking for someone who loves a community feel and is thoughtful, easy-going, and loyal, with a great work/care ethic. Our LMTs are in very high demand and we have a faithful clientele. You will rarely have an opening , as we have waitlists almost every day. We ask that you work for only one massage business as an LMT so that we can create a more centered and fulfilling group practice.OUR STORY
I am an LMT who has been practicing and teaching therapeutic massage for over 28 years, and I am the fortunate founder of this one-of-a-kind massage practice. Thirteen years ago, we opened this healing home and enjoyed its total restoration. Every detail of this transformation was designed around a massage therapist's needs. We have created a unique type of massage center where the main focus is therapeutic massage. Being led and locally owned by a massage therapist makes ALL the difference.LOTS OF BENEFITS

20 hands-on hours a week (60 min. massages) or more if desired.Part-Time:
Ranging from 15-19.5 hours a week (60 min. massages).YOUR SCHEDULE
At least one weekend day.Sunday:
(We are in VERY high demand) our #1 need; start time is flexible. Saturday is a shorter afternoon/evening shift starts at 2pm.Weekdays:
Afternoon shifts are a priority. Still apply even if you are a morning person!Afternoon/Evening weekday shift:
The last evening appointment times typically start at 6:00, 6:15, or 6:30 pm.Morning shift:
Begin at 9 am. We have very limited space for mornings as of now but we can talk about your morning goals. It's a matter of fitting into our schedule where we have rooms available and where demand for massage is strong. Time between massages can be extended for more rest time, lunchtime, etc. This is unlike a spa or a chiropractor's setting. 15-30 minutes is typical. We customize. Looking for a fit! Can perform DEEP tissue/deep PRESSURE and can also adapt to people who cannot receive this kind of work. Work at 1 massage job for a more focused practice and life. Desire and ability to do transformative bodywork in a clinical setting. Comfortable entering patient info via computer. Can take customer credit card payments and reschedule patients. Open to learning new techniques in bodywork and client care as needed. CEUs included. If you have your own massage space and are ready to let go of the responsibility, we can help you with that transition. (It would be a conflict of interest to have dual massage practices). Making this income with zero overhead and fewer taxes when compared to being a contractor makes a big difference. Being booked every shift is another key element to consider. Our LMTs don't have to manage unpredictable schedules. Unfilled openings are a MAJOR income loss for LMTs at many other businesses. Our center offers security, friendship, and peace of mind. On your days off—rest, hike, stretch, and vacation while someone else runs things for you. Let us know why you are the best fit for us! If it feels right, then we are so excited to meet the person we plan on spending many rewarding years with!Reply to:
