Qualifications:

Active Oregon Massage License Active Liability Insurance NPI Summary of Duties:

Provide therapeutic massage Detail oriented documentation of patient treatment in chart notes Laundry (laundry facilities are on site) All supplies provided (massage table, room, lotions, sheets, etc.) Administrative duties provided (scheduling, patient communication, billing)
