Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's condition and goals Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care routines to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical terminology for accurate documentation Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client questions or concerns with empathy Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes and support comprehensive patient care Uphold all safety standards, hygiene protocols, and licensing requirements to ensure a safe and professional setting Requirements Valid license as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or regional regulations Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and medical terminology application Expertise in massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management modalities Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and occupational health principles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a compassionate manner Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Ability to work flexible hours and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your skills uplift others!
