Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel revitalized while ensuring a safe and professional environment that aligns with our core values of service excellence, innovation, and community engagement. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective therapies. Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns. Educate clients on post-treatment care, occupational health practices, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate treatment records, adhere to sanitation standards, and follow all state licensing regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and uphold the spa's high standards of care. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience in med spa or occupational health settings is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. $35.00 - $80.00 per hour
