WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you'll be the heart of the guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide a variety of massage modalities tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
• Deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic experiences that keep clients coming back
• Recommend appropriate service upgrades and retail products to enhance client outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and client intake forms with care and confidentiality
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment rooms
• Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and membership retention
• Communicate openly and collaboratively with management and fellow team members

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy License — required prior to start date
• Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities as trained and certified
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're the face of the experience
• Unwavering commitment to client care, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for health and wellness
• Prior experience is preferred — but new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
