Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and become a vital part of promoting wellness, relaxation, and pain relief for our clients. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapy sessions that enhance overall health and well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve relief from discomfort, improve mobility, and experience the benefits of targeted therapeutic techniques. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage plans Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to address specific concerns Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and relevant medical history using professional terminology Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and pain management strategies Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns promptly Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and individualized treatment planning Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices Prior experience working in a medical spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable Familiarity with occupational health principles and maintaining hygiene standards in clinical environments Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
