Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, skilled in therapeutic techniques, and dedicated to delivering outstanding client care. Responsibilities Knowledge of anatomy and various massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Utilize salon software like Vagaro for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance treatment results while effectively upselling services. Manage social media platforms to promote services, share product demos, and engage with clients online. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized front desk operation while assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Valid state license in Massage Therapy is required. A minimum of 1-2 years experience Experience with client relations, product knowledge is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with retail sales techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all services provided.
