Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to provide therapeutic massage to individuals who have been in automobile or work related accidents. This position is hybrid in the office and going into clients homes. Pay is commensurate with experience. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced massage techniques and a thorough understanding of physiology and anatomy. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Apply specialized techniques such as pain management strategies and occupational health protocols to optimize client outcomes Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations for sustained wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical terminology standards Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, with strong customer service skills and a caring attitude Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa procedures is preferred Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed Join us in delivering top-tier massage therapy services that empower clients to feel their best every day!
