In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans that incorporate deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout each session Educate clients on pain management strategies, physiology, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of treatment benefits Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, including notes on patient responses and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with complex conditions Uphold all safety standards and adhere to state licensing regulations and medical terminology requirements Experience Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in patient assessment and pain management Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced therapeutic techniques Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their individual needs Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate treatment records Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
