The wellness center will have a salt cave where there will be Reiki, Yoga and Massage giving you the ability to make even more in this environment. There is a hydromassage bed, massage chairs, lounge area, red light therapy sauna. Looking to hire someone that loves life, easygoing and giving massage treatments (and/or Reiki, Yoga) that promote healing and restore balance. Your expertise in various massage techniques and understanding of human physiology will make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions and goals. Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing wellness strategies for pain management and occupational health. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients, following health regulations and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in patient service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Experience with pain management strategies and occupational health practices preferred. Prior med spa or wellness center experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and explain treatment plans clearly.
