Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) (Medical/Therapeutic Focus)

Licensed Massage Therapist (Medical/Therapeutic Focus) We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinic in Warwick, RI. Our practice focuses on therapeutic massage for neck pain, shoulder tension, low back pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Treatments are typically 15-20 minutes and are integrated with acupuncture treatment plans. New graduates are welcome. Prior clinical experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you learn our treatment approach, techniques, and patient care philosophy. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable following established treatment protocols, reliable, positive, and interested in working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities include:

Providing therapeutic massage treatments following clinic protocols and training Assisting with treatment room preparation and turnover between patients Replacing disposable table paper and sanitizing treatment surfaces after each session Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Communicating effectively with patients and collaborating with the clinical team This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time as patient volume grows. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay plus performance-based incentives. As your patient schedule grows, your earning potential increases significantly.
