We provide a steady flow of patients, full administrative support, and a collaborative environment where massage therapy plays an important role in helping patients reduce pain, recover from injury, and improve overall function. What We're Looking For We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping patients and interested in building a consistent, long-term role within a structured clinical setting.

The ideal candidate:

Enjoys working as part of a care team Values consistency in schedule and patient care Is comfortable working with treatment-focused massage (not just relaxation) Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and staff Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy tailored to patient needs Perform techniques such as deep tissue, therapeutic massage, and stretching Lymphatic drainage experience is a plus (training available if needed) Work alongside providers to support patient treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment Schedule & Expectations Monday through Friday schedule Consistent weekly availability is strongly preferred Opportunity to grow into a fuller schedule over time We are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term role Compensation & Support Percentage-based pay structure with tips Steady patient flow generated by the clinic Full scheduling and administrative support Established pricing and systems in place Collaborative and supportive work environment We provide a fully equipped treatment space, including room, table, linens, and specialized equipment used in patient care. Massage therapists are responsible for supplying their preferred oils or lotions, maintaining a clean and professional treatment space, and laundry of linens.
