Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel their best while contributing to a positive and energetic spa atmosphere. Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of tension or discomfort Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Document client progress and treatment details accurately in accordance with spa protocols Engage with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and pain management techniques Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health practices Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and client care Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed Join our team and help us deliver revitalizing experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed, balanced, and cared for.
