IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Meet with clients and develop a complete treatment plan for clients that may flow over to the wellness or medical side of the office or spa. Effectively assess and create customized patient treatment plans while aligning patient goals to treatment expectations. Create a positive experience and quickly build rapport with each client; this helps to foster long-term relationships with the practice . Be committed to position as we have a well-established business that keep our specialist busy. Promote a safety-conscious work environment and maintain good housekeeping practices . Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner while always focusing on excellent customer service. Support your teammates and help to perform other duties as needed. Be willing to attend and support promotional activities or training for massage and for the Practice as a whole (this might include Open House events, Charity Events, training, etc).YOU BRING
- Preferred license/experience as a massage therapist for the state of SC
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
- Occasional flexibility in work hours, including weekends, which may be required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
