The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and have the ability to tailor treatments to meet the individual needs of clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing exceptional patient service, and a passion for promoting overall health and well-being. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and goals. Maintain thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any concerns they may have. Document treatment sessions accurately, including client feedback and progress notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings or med spa environments as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Skills Proficiency in therapeutic or clinical massage techniques. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in prenatal would be beneficial. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong customer service orientation to enhance client satisfaction. Ability to effectively manage pain through various therapeutic techniques.
