Our team is committed to promoting wellness and helping our patients achieve optimal health through personalized treatment plans. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team and enhance the healing experience for our clients.
Job Description:
As a Massage Therapist at Precision Care Chiropractic, you will work closely with our chiropractors to provide therapeutic massage treatments that complement chiropractic care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering various massage techniques to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations to understand patients' medical history, current health issues, and treatment goals. Develop and implement personalized massage therapy plans to address patients' specific needs. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and neuromuscular. Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Educate patients on self-care techniques and wellness practices. Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for patients. Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Tennessee. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist (experience in a chiropractic setting is a plus). Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to promoting overall wellness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
