In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and promoting overall wellness. We appreciate those with spa experience, but not required. Enjoy the freedom of working your, "dream schedule". Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly. Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to provide effective treatments. Perform various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy and pain management strategies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in accordance with clinic policies. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience or training in trigger point therapy and pain management techniques is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with massage therapy while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
