What You'll Do Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each guest's individual needs and wellness goals Perform a variety of therapeutic techniques including relaxation, deep tissue, and targeted therapeutic massage Conduct guest consultations and assessments to create personalized treatment experiences Educate guests on self-care practices, stress management, stretching, and wellness routines to support long-term well-being Create a peaceful, safe, and nurturing environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest records in compliance with professional standards Uphold exceptional sanitation, cleanliness, and safety protocols throughout all treatment spaces Collaborate with the Sage team to cultivate a warm, grounding, and restorative spa atmosphere Continue expanding knowledge through ongoing education, wellness practices, and industry training Qualifications Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License in good standing Experience providing therapeutic massage services in a spa, wellness, or clinical setting Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics Knowledge of various massage modalities including deep tissue and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and guest care skills Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail Passion for holistic wellness, healing, and creating meaningful client experiences Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment Why Sage Skin Spa?
