Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing treatment options for pain management and occupational health Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and session notes in compliance with licensing standards Ensure a welcoming, professional environment that prioritizes exceptional patient service and customer satisfaction Stay current with industry best practices and continuously enhance your skills through ongoing education Requirements Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in patient service, assessment, and customized treatment planning Ability to perform deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management strategies is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your skills foster healing and relaxation.
