Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, combining technical skill with compassionate care. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy practices. Educate clients on self-care routines and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff as needed to optimize patient care. Ensure a welcoming, professional environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and patient satisfaction. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and delivering various massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients empathetically. Ability to perform massages safely while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
