This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver therapeutic activities that support personal goals, enhance quality of life, and promote physical well-being.

Job Description:
Facilitate individualized massage therapy sessions in client homes. Be able to evaluate clients' needs and formulate an appropriate treatment plan. Adhere to agency policies and state documentation requirements. Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, families, case managers, and colleagues. Submit accurate documentation, including therapy notes, documentation of services provided each visit, and quarterly reports.
Required Credentials:
LMT in good standing. Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification (American Red Cross or AHA only). Copy of Valid driver's license, Social Security card. Valid auto insurance. Copy of valid professional liability insurance. If you are interested in joining our team, please email your resume to:
