You will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch and personalized treatment plans. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on client health history and specific concerns. Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and other healthcare professionals. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with other wellness professionals in a med spa setting to create comprehensive care plans that promote overall health. Keep accurate records of treatments administered, client progress, and any changes in health status. Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution. Proficiency in various massage techniques, including but not limited to deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in occupational health or related fields is a plus. Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and develop individualized treatment plans. Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
