ClearCut Rehab is currently seeking a medical massage therapist that is passionate about helping others and looking for a clinic that offers significant learning and education opportunities. Job Type:

Full-time This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday. Hours can be somewhat flexible.

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience. PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and health insurance options. Collaboration with other specialties and continued learning.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate from an accredited massage therapy degree program following completion of all requirements. Passed the massage therapist national certification examination and be licensed in the state of Texas. Complete all CEU activities each year. Minimum of one year of massage therapy experience is required (experience in a medical setting is a bonus).

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required. Training in a variety of manual therapies is preferred (IASTM, cupping, deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, assisted stretching, medical massage etc.) We are looking for candidates who have already completed, or plan to complete, their Board Certification in Medical Massage.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical requirements of the position include the abilities to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, walk an average of one mile per day, climb flights of stairs as needed, sit and stand or extended periods of time, and transition from standing to the floor and back during the course of treatment as needed. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to address patient needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective therapy. Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment for clients.
