In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to individual patient needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform treatment techniques and ensure safe practices Educate patients on self-care routines and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness outside the treatment room Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and excellent customer service experiences Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active licensing credentials Proven experience in providing various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Familiarity with patient service protocols, patient assessment procedures, and pain management techniques Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Prior experience working in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
