Spanish speaker, In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment dedicated to holistic health and customer satisfaction. Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to each client's needs Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain results between sessions Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices for maintaining client confidentiality Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives through healing touch! Pay:
