to optimize client flow and maximize service opportunities Educate guests on wellness benefits and recommend appropriate treatments or retail products to enhance their experience Upsell additional services like body waxing, facials, or skincare treatments to increase guest satisfaction and revenue Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and managing social media management for promotional outreach Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure guest comfort and address any concerns promptly Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with certification in body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, or esthetic laser treatment preferred Experience working in a med spa or hospitality environment highly desirable Proficiency with salon management software such as Millennium or
