Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized, high-end massage and wellness treatments customized to client needs. Provide empathetic, premium customer service to ensure a luxury client experience from check-in to check-out. Educate clients on post-treatment care and drive retail sales by recommending appropriate wellness products. Maintain pristine cleanliness, restock supplies, and organize the treatment room and general spa areas.

Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in the State of Texas. A collaborative, intellectually curious open minded nature with a strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills for client retention and retail recommendations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred.

Compensation & Schedule:

You will join us as a W-2 Employee from day one, beginning with a 90-day paid immersion and evaluation period. Receive an industry-leading, customizable compensation structure (Base Guarantee/High-Yield Commission).

Earnings Potential:

$50,000.00 - $99,000.00+ per year (depending on chosen compensation model and volume).
