Job Description Metanoia Mantra Holistic Wellness is seeking a compassionate, professional, both holistically and clinically-minded Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness practice beginning August 2026. Our mission is to provide trauma-informed, therapeutic bodywork that supports healing of the mind, body, and spirit. We serve a diverse population, including veterans, individuals experiencing chronic pain, and clients seeking integrative wellness services. Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who value meaningful client relationships, and continued professional growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve lasting results through assessment-based therapeutic massage and holistic wellness practices. As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking a therapist who is excited to grow alongside a wellness-centered business that is becoming part of Downtown Killeen's revitalization and wellness community. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Texas Massage Therapy License Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology Professional, reliable, and client-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality Desire to continue learning and developing advanced clinical skills Preferred Qualifications Medical Massage Deep Tissue Massage Myofascial Release Injury Recovery and Rehabilitation Veteran Care Clinical Documentation Knowledge of medical terminology Experience working with chronic pain conditions Interest in postural assessment and soft tissue evaluation techniques Position Details Independent Contractor Position Flexible Scheduling Treatment room provided Opportunity to build and maintain your own clientele Access to an established referral network Mentorship and training available in assessment-based therapeutic bodywork Growth opportunities within an expanding wellness practice Compensation Independent Contractor Position Compensation ranges from $40-$55 per hour of scheduled massage service Starting tier is determined by experience, specialized training, and demonstrated clinical skills Opportunities for advancement to higher pay tiers based on client retention and reliability.
