Licensed PT, OT and LMTs only Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lymphatic Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will specialize in manual lymphatic drainage techniques and other therapeutic modalities to promote optimal lymphatic system function, enhance patient recovery, and improve overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve relief from swelling, detoxify their bodies, and support their health goals through personalized treatment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a vibrant, supportive environment committed to excellence in holistic health care. Duties Perform manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) techniques tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring gentle and effective treatment. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate lymphatic health, identify areas of concern, and develop customized therapy plans. Educate patients on self-care practices and lifestyle modifications to support lymphatic health. Utilize deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy when appropriate to address muscle tension and pain management issues. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments provided, patient progress, and any observations related to physiology or anatomy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Uphold the highest standards of patient service and customer care, creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust and comfort. Experience Proven experience as a Lymphatic Therapist or in a related massage therapy role with a focus on lymphatic health or medical massage. Strong knowledge of physiology, human anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to lymphatic system function. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, post surgical recovery, and pain management techniques. Prior experience working in med spas or post surgical recovery settings is highly desirable. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately and communicate effectively. Familiarity with medical protocols related to lymphatic drainage treatments and holistic health practices.
