Massage Therapist Spring, TX 77382 From $160 a day - Part-time, Full-time From $160 a day - Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, combining various massage techniques with a deep understanding of human physiology. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care routines to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical or physiological information Ensure all treatments comply with safety standards and adhere to medical terminology and anatomy knowledge Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism Stay current with industry best practices, certifications (including CPR), and emerging therapies to continually enhance your skills Qualifications Proven experience in massage therapy, preferably with med spa or occupational health backgrounds Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Certification in massage therapy from an accredited program; CPR certification required Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and health considerations Prior experience in customer service environments that prioritize client satisfaction and well-being Join us to help clients feel their best through expert massage therapy!
