$28-$38 per hour (based on experience) + tips + commission opportunities About Body Revive Body Revive is a growing, nurturing wellness center focused on results-driven care. We specialize in medical and orthopedic massage while integrating advanced recovery therapies such as sauna, cold plunge (contrast therapy), and red light therapy. We work closely with medical providers and the VA Community Care Network, creating consistent demand for therapists who want to make a real impact in clients' recovery and healing. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal—not just relax. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with injury recovery, chronic pain, and therapeutic outcomes, while still delivering a high-quality client experience. W-2 Employee Position (What That Means for You) This is a W-2 employee role , not an independent contractor position. What You'll Do Perform customized massage treatments (medical, therapeutic, and relaxation) Assess client needs and create treatment-focused sessions Maintain accurate and professional SOAP notes Educate clients on treatment plans and wellness recommendations Confidently recommend follow-up care and rebook clients to support consistent results Support a team-oriented environment and assist with room turnover when needed What We're Looking For Active Massage Therapy License (Utah) Strong interest in medical and/or lymphatic massage (preferred) Sales confidence, including rebooking and treatment plan recommendations Ability to help clients understand the value of consistent care Professional, dependable, and client-focused Willingness to work weekends Team player with a growth mindset Must be willing to commit to at least one year of employment Growth Opportunity After 90 days, you will be come eligible for us to credential you with the VA community care network, providing access to a steady and growing client base.
