In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and injury recovery Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting client progress and treatment plans in compliance with licensing regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and facility protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to optimize patient outcomes Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing client questions, and fostering a positive experience Requirements Valid state license as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care plans Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices Skilled in various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for effective pain management Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred Strong communication skills paired with a genuine passion for helping others achieve wellness goals Prior experience in medical spa settings or similar environments is highly desirable Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise into a lively setting where your skills can truly transform lives.
