We are connected to South Counseling, which provides mental health therapy and believe in the connection of mind and body. Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) are welcome to apply. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, skilled, and professional massage therapist wanting to work in a holistic setting. Your expertise in massage therapy will make you an important part of our team. As a Massage Therapist at our establishment, you will be responsible for providing professional and relaxing massage therapy sessions to clients. Your expertise in various massage techniques will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our clients. Our clients may be dealing with various chronic health issues, stress, mental health challenges, or just looking to relax from the stress of life. We specialize working with chronic health issues and we welcome an array of specialties you may offer that are fitting with what we practice. We have a goal of holistic wellness care for those living with chronic health issues and are growing into a wellness center.

Requirements :

Licensed in the state of Utah as (LMT) Licensed Massage Therapist Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations Must carry liability insurance Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Experience Preferred Physical Requirements:

Requires extensive use of hands, physical dexterity, and small object manipulation; must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time; must be able to work with arms extended for periods of time; must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends when needed. •Preference for applicants with an understanding and/or experience working with individuals with

Chronic Illness and Pain Qualifications :

Must have excellent and compassionate communication and professionalism Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits Interest in Holistic, Collaborative Healthcare Desire to work with and understanding of clients dealing with Chronic Illness and Pain, Trauma, and other Emotional & Mental Health Challenges Interest in growing with our team long-term Ability to be both self-directed and collaborative Reliable, punctual, passionate, and goal-driven Passion to help and serve others on their healing journey Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Provide professional, therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences and support client's overall health and wellness. Conduct patient assessments to help determine appropriate massage techniques & treatment plans Maintain a welcoming and clean treatment environment Demonstrate a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, necessary medical terminology Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care in client treatment Be on time for treatments, prompt with each appointment and perform services with the appropriate time allotted for the service Ability to maintain grace under pressure Maintain accurate client documentation Use Jane online software for scheduling, chart notes, and payments Work on promoting self and services, as part of a team collaboration Attend regular team trainings/meetings
