Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans, progress notes, and client feedback. Ensure all treatments adhere to safety standards, sanitation protocols, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. Proven experience in patient service and assessment to tailor treatments effectively. Expertise in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Ability to manage occupational health concerns by maintaining proper ergonomics and hygiene standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach to client interactions. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is highly desirable. Effective communication skills for explaining treatment options and collaborating with healthcare teams.
