Join our Team JoyLife SPA is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about wellness, committed to continued learning, and dedicated to providing the highest level of care. Responsibilities:

Perform deep tissue massages tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences. Conduct client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Create .a welcoming, relaxing environment that supports client comfort and trust. Utilize pain management techniques to relieve discomfort Apply trigger point therapy to address specific muscle tension or pain. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., chiropractors, physical therapists) when needed. Maintain detailed client records and uphold safety and hygiene standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health. Actively work to build a loyal clientele through exceptional service and client care.

Qualifications:

Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (required). At least 1 year of professional spa experience. Proven skill in deep tissue massage and a range of therapeutic techniques. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess client needs and customize sessions accordingly. Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset. Willingness to obtain the City of Fairfax and/or Alexandria Massage Permit.
