We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Virginia Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our professional team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services that promote our clients' health and relaxation. Your expertise will support our commitment to delivering outstanding service, ensuring each client leaves feeling rejuvenated and appreciated.

Our therapists are responsible for:

• Providing a flawless spa experience for every client, every day
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to deep tissue, prenatal, and reflexology, to meet client needs.
• Maintain communication with schedulers to ensure attendance
• Maintaining a clean, safe, fully stocked, and organized work area
• Demonstrating a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Maintaining client retention

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive with a commitment to customer service
• Ability to take direction, work well within, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle 5-7 hours of services.
• Comfortable educating customers and recommending retail products to enhance their experience
• Basic computer skills, customer service skills, results-oriented, multitasking ability, and commitment to the spa industry
• Proof of citizenship or legal status Competitive compensation
