- Perform various types of massages including deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone massages
- Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments to individual needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient service
- Assist in acute pain management through therapeutic massage techniques Qualifications
- Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license to practice
- Proficiency in deep tissue massage and other specialized techniques
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working in a med spa or healthcare environment is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
