Who We're Looking For We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys therapeutic work and wants to make a meaningful impact on clients experiencing pain and dysfunction. Responsibilities Perform therapeutic and deep tissue massage sessions Develop individualized treatment approaches Document treatment notes accurately Educate clients on self-care strategies Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment Work collaboratively with other therapists and healthcare providers Build long-term therapeutic relationships with clients QualificationsRequired Current Virginia Massage Therapy License Strong communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to perform therapeutic pressure safely and effectively Reliable and punctual Preferred Experience with: Deep Tissue Massage Trigger Point Therapy Neuromuscular Therapy Sports Massage Myofascial Release Stretching Techniques Medical Massage New graduates with strong therapeutic skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
