Position Summary The Blackburn Inn and Conference Center, a property managed by Guests, Inc., a full service hotel management company since 1989, is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our spa team. The ideal candidate is skilled, personable, and passionate about helping clients relax, recharge, and feel their best. You will provide high-quality massage services while delivering outstanding customer care in a luxury spa setting. What You'll Do Provide professional massage services customized to guest needs Deliver an elevated, luxury spa experience Recommend service enhancements to increase earnings Maintain clean and professional treatment rooms Work collaboratively with spa and hotel team Qualifications Licensed Massage Therapist (Virginia) or ability to obtain license Professional, dependable, and guest-focused Strong communication and customer service skills Weekend availability preferred Spa or hospitality experience is a plus Compensation Highlights $18-$20 per hour guaranteed base pay $31+ per service earning potential Commission structure on services and enhancements Gratuities paid in addition to base + commission $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days) This position offers guaranteed hourly income plus strong commission, meaning you earn steady pay while maximizing income during busy periods.
