Job description:

We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. If you're dedicated to helping others feel their best and can demonstrate expertise in anatomy and physiology- we would love to meet you. At The Well, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences for our clients while working in a supportive, uplifting environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health concerns. Utilize various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Experience Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy practices. Proficiency in various massage modalities, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong patient assessment skills to tailor treatments effectively based on individual needs.
