Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to explain treatment procedures and benefits clearly to clients Apply pain management techniques to alleviate discomfort caused by muscle tension, injuries, or occupational stress Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards Ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment that prioritizes patient service and confidentiality at all times Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy, occupational health, and med spa treatments to enhance service quality Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification required Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on delivering high-quality massage therapy treatments Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced therapeutic techniques Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices Prior work in a med spa or wellness clinic is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate clearly Familiarity with occupational health principles and practices related to workplace stress relief Join us in providing exceptional care that transforms lives!
