We are a collaborative outpatient practice focused on helping patients move better, recover from injury, and stay active in the things that matter most to them. We are looking for a therapist who is compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact on their patients' overall health and recovery. The ideal candidate enjoys working alongside physical therapists in a team-oriented environment and values treatment-based massage as part of a broader rehabilitative approach to care. This role is focused on clinical, treatment-based massage therapy rather than spa or relaxation massage. You will provide one-hour massage treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals while collaborating closely with physical therapists to support recovery, mobility, pain management, and overall function. Accurate and timely documentation, strong communication, and a professional approach to patient care are essential. We are looking for someone who can work independently while also contributing positively to a supportive and fast-paced clinic environment. A current Washington State massage therapy license and graduation from an accredited massage therapy program are required. Insurance credentialing is required for this position. Experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting is preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
