We Offer a competitive pay structure of $20per hour flat rate with 15% commission on all services plus tips. So you get paid wether you have a client or not. No more peice rate compensation or whichever is greater between hourly or commission you get both! Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure optimal outcomes Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately address patient concerns and conditions Deliver effective pain management techniques through targeted massage therapies and advanced modalities Provide excellent patient service by creating a comfortable environment, listening attentively, and addressing questions or concerns with clarity Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and session notes in compliance with clinic policies Support occupational health initiatives by assisting patients with injury recovery, stress reduction, and overall wellness strategies Various admin tasks assigned by clinic management Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with current credentials in good standing Proven experience in providing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or clinical setting is preferred but not required Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster trust Knowledge of occupational health principles related to injury prevention and recovery Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail Join us in delivering transformative care that enhances well-being through expert massage therapy!
