Massage Therapist

Our salons and spas are designed to be calm, intentional spaces where guests feel cared for and professionals are supported. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality, personalized massage services in a professional salon and spa environment. This is currently a part-time position, ideal for therapists who value quality, consistency, and guest experience. This posting is specifically for our Redmond location, is part time, and requires both weekend days What You'll Do Provide personalized massage services focused on relaxation and wellness Create a calm, welcoming, and professional guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready treatment space Follow all intake, safety, and service protocols Recommend enhancements when appropriate to elevate the guest experience Support rebooking and long-term guest relationships Work collaboratively with salon and spa teams What We Offer Part-time schedule with consistent scheduling, including weekends Employee discounts on services and retail Paid training and development Liability insurance coverage Opportunity for advancement Company events and celebrations Compensation Information Earn per service performed, $45-58 per 60-minute service, based on experience and skill Eligible for gratuities and additional commission-based retail sales and add-ons.

Estimated annual earning potential:

$38,000-64,000 including tips and assuming 75%+ occupancy Initial training time is paid hourly at $17.50/hr
