Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. We are a holistic spa located in the heart of the Queen Anne neighborhood. Commission rate will be 35% upon hiring and can range from 45-50% after training is completed. The rate will be based on experience and any new modalities you can provide the spa with.

Duties:

• Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs.
• Attend staff meetings and 1:1 meeting monthly (Zoom)
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.

Skills:

• Proficiency in various massage modalities
• Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and patient assessment.
• Experience in a med spa or occupational health setting is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient service excellence.

Schedule:

• Required to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
