Key Responsibilities Provide professional massage services tailored to each client's needs, preferences, and wellness goals Perform thorough client consultations and maintain accurate treatment records Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional treatment environment Educate clients on wellness practices, self-care recommendations, and treatment benefits Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with health and sanitation standards Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat bookings Collaborate with the Felico Beauty team to deliver a seamless luxury client experience Support retail sales and service recommendations when appropriate Qualifications Current Washington State Massage Therapist License required Experience providing therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, or specialty massage services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to client care, professionalism, and hospitality Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong organizational and time-management skills Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a luxury spa, wellness center, or boutique environment Training in specialty modalities such as hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, or aromatherapy Established client-following is a plus Passion for wellness, continuing education, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
